United We Watch can complete plan-included routine tasks, coordinate minor repairs and help keep ordinary maintenance moving while the owner is away.
Routine tasks
Examples may include HVAC filter replacement, accessible light-bulb replacement, detector battery or device coordination, simple fixture adjustments, garbage and recycling placement and other agreed non-licensed household tasks.
Licensed or larger work
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, roofing, restoration and other regulated or substantial work is separately scoped and assigned to the appropriate provider. Clients may use their own contractor or request support through United We Build where appropriate.
Minor repairs
Approved handyman-level items may be completed within the plan allowance or quoted separately based on time, materials, access and complexity.
Documentation and approval
Material purchases and work beyond the agreed allowance require client authorization except where the service agreement explicitly provides otherwise.
