A Consistent Property Check. A Report You Can Actually Use.
Scheduled interior and exterior visual reviews help owners understand what changed, what appears normal and what may need attention.

Exterior observations
Accessible doors and windows; visible storm or weather impacts; gutters and downspouts from ground level; walkways and driveways; standing water; visible exterior damage; pest or animal activity; landscaping concerns; signs of unauthorized access when observable.

Interior observations
Visible leaks or moisture; unusual odors; temperature and HVAC indications; accessible plumbing fixtures; doors and windows; electrical or appliance irregularities that are readily observable; pest activity; mail and package accumulation; audible detector alerts.
Private photo report
Each report should display the visit date and time, property, checklist status, photographs, notes, attention level and recommended next step. Use clear labels such as Routine, Attention and Urgent - never vague color alone.
