Owner's representative support
Act as the owner's day-to-day property contact within a defined scope, attend agreed site moments, record observations and communicate questions or decisions to the appropriate party.
Photo and progress reporting
Provide date-based photo updates, milestone observations, delivery records and issue summaries through the client portal or agreed reporting channel.
Contractor access and oversight
Meet approved contractors, open designated work areas, confirm site departure, receive deliveries and document visible progress or concerns. Oversight does not replace the contractor's supervision or professional obligations.
Vendor-neutral coordination
Clients may use any properly qualified contractor or vendor. United We Build is an available extension for larger construction, restoration or general contracting, not a required provider.
