Every routine visit
Visits follow the agreed checklist, document accessible interior and exterior areas, note observable changes, retrieve mail or packages when included and generate a private report. Exact inclusions depend on the selected plan and property instructions.
When something is observed
We classify the item, notify the approved contact and coordinate the authorized next step. United We Watch can work with a client's existing contractor, a new approved vendor or United We Build when a larger construction scope is appropriate.
